With more than 15 years of experience producing high-profile events, conferences, and fundraising galas, Frank Accosta is an accomplished event professional recognized for transforming ambitious concepts into memorable, thoughtfully executed experiences.

As President and Founder of Poplar Events, founded in 2017, Frank brings a strategic, creative approach to event production, combining innovative design, meticulous planning, and operational expertise. His longstanding partnership with City Parks Alliance includes leading the planning and execution of its internationally recognized Greater & Greener urban parks conferences in New York, San Francisco, Minneapolis–Saint Paul, Denver, Philadelphia, Seattle, Austin, and Atlanta in 2028

Frank's diverse portfolio includes sophisticated fundraising galas and signature events for the National Supermarket Association, Associated Supermarket Group, Krasdale Foods, Brooklyn Hospital Foundation, and Student Advocacy, as well as virtual productions for JLUSA and the Opportunity Agenda. His work spans intimate executive gatherings to large-scale, multi-day conferences, each distinguished by a commitment to creativity, exceptional guest experiences, and seamless execution.

Previously, as Vice President of Lorelei Events Group, Frank oversaw more than 40 major events at some of New York City's most prestigious venues, including the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), the American Museum of Natural History, the New York Marriott Marquis, Barclays Center, and the Brooklyn Museum.
