FRANK ACCOSTA
With over 15 years of experience in fundraising and event management, Frank has led the successful planning and execution of City Parks Alliance’s Greater & Greener international urban parks conferences in New York, San Francisco, Minneapolis–Saint Paul, Denver, Philadelphia, and Seattle, and is currently producing the 2026 conference in Austin.

In 2017, he founded Poplar Events, where he continues to partner with City Parks Alliance on conferences. His portfolio also includes high-profile galas for the National Supermarket Association, Associated Supermarket Group, and the Brooklyn Hospital Foundation, along with virtual productions for JLUSA and the Opportunity Agenda.

Previously Vice President at Lorelei Events Group, Frank managed more than 40 large-scale events at premier venues including MoMA, the Museum of Natural History, the New York Marriott Marquis, Barclays Center, and the Brooklyn Museum.

Frank is certified in Cvent Event Management, Virtual Events, and Hybrid Events.
