
LISAMARIE MARTIN
LisaMarie Martin is a stage manager, educator, and writer. Her production credits range from staging contemporary works at Queens College and Theater for a New City to coordinating a full-scale production of Henry IV Pt 1 in Sheeps Meadow. Recent Poplar Events' credits include City Parks Alliance Greater & Greener 2024 conference in Seattle, The Brooklyn Hospital Founders Ball 2025 at the Brooklyn Museum, and the Associated Supermarket Group's 2024 Annual Dinner in Queens.
When not managing stages and productions, Lisa manages high school students as an English teacher for the NYC DOE. She is also an adjunct professor in English and the Humanities at Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology. She holds a BA in Theater and English/ Secondary Education Youth Services from Macaulay Honors College, a certificate in “Shakespeare and Sexualities” from Middlesex University London, and an MFA in Writing from Columbia University’s School of the Arts. She lives in New York with her husband, two children, and a chiweenie.
